PAYMENT: We accept MasterCard (both credit and debit), Visa, American Express and Discover cards. We do not accept COD orders. You will only be charged for items that have been shipped. Backordered items will not be charged until they have been shipped. You will not be charged additional shipping on backordered items.

SHIPPING: Heavy orders, large orders and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico may require additional shipping charges. We ship via USPS. We do not ship out of the United States.
Chairs can only be delivered to the continental United States. Chairs and tables can only be shipped UPS ground and have a flat shipping rate of $40.
Diploma frames, mirrors and framed prints have a shipping rate of $20.95.
Fullsize umbrellas require their own special box and will be shipped separately from the rest of your order. A $10.95 shipping charge will apply.
There is no charge for gift card shipping.
Gift wrapping and gift boxes are not available.
SALES TAX: Massachusetts 6.25% sales tax will be added to all non-clothing merchandise delivered in Massachusetts.
WILLIAMS COLLEGE CAMPUS: Deliveries can be made to the Williams College campus at no charge.
RETURNS: If you need to return something, send it to the Williams Shop, 15 Spring St Ste 1, Williamstown, MA 01267. Don't forget to insure your package, include instructions about what you would like us to do, including your name, address and phone number.
